Does it cost extra to use a Tiimely Home broker?

We don’t charge any fees to use our brokers, nor do our expert brokers work on commission. Tiimely Home may receive fees, commissions or financial rewards from lenders we are accredited with but these fees are not payable by you.

Note: Third-party and government fees, like title fees and stamp duty are unavoidable and some lenders may charge fees (for example, application fees) but we’ll let you know if this applies to any loan options we find for you.

Do I need to re-enter my details to apply through a Tiimely Home broker?

No. If you have already applied through Tiimely Own, once we have your consent, we’ll apply the same information you’ve already provided to progress your application with our broker team.

Our brokers have access to a panel of 30+ lenders, offering 1000s of home loan products​ which may allow you to unlock additional loan features that better suit your situation​, including guarantor loans, land and construction, and split loan facilities.

Plus, you’ll have access to the same superior customer service we’re known for and together with our experienced Home Loan Specialists and Broker teams, who all work together in our Adelaide-based HQ.

Note: Our brokers are salaried home loan experts which means they don’t get paid commissions, so they’re not incentivised to stretch your budget. This means you can rest assured that the home loan options they share with you, align with your home loan requirements.

How many home loan options will I have with a Tiimely Home broker?

It really depends on your situation, but your Tiimely Home broker will compare a wide range of lenders to find options that suit your needs. We have access to thousands of loan products from over 30 lenders, and with the help of our smart tech, we’ll prepare a personalised shortlist just for you. Once you’ve chosen the option that feels right, we’ll take care of the application and work directly with the lender to help get you a great outcome.
If you have a particular lender you wish to use – or not use- you can discuss this with your broker during your initial call.

Legal information about our rates
Our home loans are subject to credit criteria and eligibility requirements. Home loan interest rates are for new customers only and can change. Our comparison rates are based on a $150,000 loan amount over a 25 year term. They factor in fees associated with applying for the loan; ongoing fees and fees associated with leaving the loan. Our fixed loans roll to a variable principal and interest rate at the end of the fixed term. If the interest only period is not specified, the comparison rate is calculated on a one year period.
