How long does pre-approval last?
If your application is successful, your pre-approval is valid for 60 days. We understand that finding a house can be unpredictable, so we’ll send you a reminder before it expires, and, if you need to, you’ll be able to renew it for an additional 60 days.
Note: We’ll only be able to renew it once and when the extra 60 days expires, you’ll need to start a new application.
