Our new name

It was tiime, for a change.

Tic:Toc is now Tiimely Home

We now have a new name and look - Tiimely Home.

We’re known for our low rates and exceptional service. That’s something we won’t change and neither will our commitment to finding our customers the perfect home loan and securing them competitive rates. Our previous Tic:Toc home loans are now Tiimely Own home loans and they'll continue to be backed by Bendigo and Adelaide Bank.

Why the change?

It's no surprise that our old name caused some confusion with a social media app. Plus, we have an Enterprise side to the business, where the same world-class tech that enables our customers to access low rates and fast approvals, is licensed to other lenders and brands. So it was important to change the name for our technology business too.

Legal information about our rates
Our home loans are subject to credit criteria and eligibility requirements. Home loan interest rates are for new customers only and can change. Our comparison rates are based on a $150,000 loan amount over a 25 year term. They factor in fees associated with applying for the loan; ongoing fees and fees associated with leaving the loan. Our fixed loans roll to a variable principal and interest rate at the end of the fixed term. If the interest only period is not specified, the comparison rate is calculated on a one year period.
