How do I qualify for the $150 gift card?
To be eligible, you need to:
- Submit a home loan application through our website between 30 April and 31 May 2026
- Provide all required documents
- Proceed through a full assessment (not pre/conditional approval)
- Meet our eligibility criteria
When will I receive the gift card?
Gift cards are sent within 60 days after your application has completed a full assessment and we’ve confirmed you meet all promotion criteria.
What does “full assessment” mean?
A full assessment means your application has been fully reviewed by our credit team.
Applications that require an initial pre/conditional approval before full assessment are not eligible for this promotion.
Do I need to be approved for the loan?
No, full approval isn’t required. However, your application must:
- Proceed through a full assessment, and
- Meet all promotion criteria
Will applying affect my credit score?
Yes. Submitting a home loan application includes a credit check with a credit reporting body.
Multiple credit enquiries in a short period may impact your credit score.
Why didn't I receive the $150 gift card?
You may not be eligible if your application:
- required a pre/conditional approval or preliminary assessment
- resulted in conditional approval only
- was incomplete, duplicated or withdrawn
- didn’t meet our eligibility criteria
- was automatically declined by our system and not reviewed by our credit team
If your application was automatically declined, you can ask for it to be reviewed by contacting our home loan specialists
Why would an application be automatically declined?
An application may be automatically declined if it doesn’t meet our initial lending criteria. This can include things like:
- certain credit history events
- not meeting minimum income or employment requirements
- not meeting our affordability or risk thresholds
- being under 18 years old
Terms & Conditions
Promoter
This promotion is offered by Tiimely Pty Ltd trading as Tiimely Home (ABN 41 605 696 544) (“Tiimely”, “we”, “us”).
Promotion period
The promotion is available from 30 April 2026 to 31 May 2026 (inclusive).
Tiimely may amend, suspend or end the promotion at any time during this period.
Eligible applications
- You're either buying or refinancing an existing property that measures over 40m/sq (not off-the-plan or under construction).
- You’re buying in a capital city or major regional centre.
- You only need simple features (e.g. no split or guarantor loans). For loans over $2m, we’re not able to do ‘cash out’ or equity releases.
You're applying alone or jointly as an individual. Company or Trust applicants are not eligible for a Tiimely Own home loan. - You have at least 10% deposit (or 25% deposit for loans over $2m).
- You want to borrow at least $150K, but not more than $7.5M.
- You’re an Australian citizen or permanent resident who lives in Australia.
- You're currently employed (PAYG or self-employed), with an employment length of 6 months (PAYG) and a minimum of 1 year (self-employed).
- You submit a home loan application through our website during the promotion period either as a single or joint application (one gift card per application)
- Your application is fully complete, accurate and submitted in good faith.
- Your application assessment have been fully completed
You are not eligible if:
- Your application is for the refinancing of an existing Tiimely Own loan
- You submit more than one application during the promotion period (only your first submitted application (including a joint application) will be considered eligible for the gift card)
- You have already been included in a previously rewarded application, whether as a primary or secondary applicant.
- Your application has not been assessed
What qualifies
To be considered for the promotion, your application must:
- be submitted via our website during the promotion period
- be fully complete, accurate and submitted in good faith.
- have completed assessment
Some applications do not qualify:
- Applications for pre/conditional approval are ineligible
- Application that are incomplete, withdrawn or abandoned prior to a full assessment being performed by credit assessors are ineligible
- Duplicated applications are ineligible
- Applications which contain false or misleading information are ineligible
The reward
Eligible applications will receive a $150 prepaid Visa gift card, delivered via Prezzee.
Only one reward is issued per application. Where there is more than one applicant, the reward will be sent to the primary applicant.
This promotion is limited to 300 eligible applications. We reserve the right to extend the number of available rewards at our discretion
How and when it’s sent
Gift cards are sent by email.
We aim to send the reward within 60 days of assessment completion, however this is subject to eligibility being confirmed.
The reward will only be issued once we’ve verified that all promotion criteria have been met.
It’s your responsibility to provide a correct and up-to-date email address. If there are any issues receiving your gift card, you can contact our Customer Hub for assistance.
When we may not provide the reward
Tiimely Home may decide in our discretion not to issue a reward if:
- we reasonably believe the application is fraudulent or not genuine;
- multiple applications have been submitted by the same person;
- these Terms and Conditions have been breached; or
- the information provided in the application is inaccurate or misleading.
Once a reward has been issued, it cannot be cancelled, exchanged or reissued.
Credit checks
Submitting a home loan application involves a credit enquiry with a credit reporting body. This occurs during the application process for the Tiimely Own product at the time when personal information is collected (there is information provided about this at the relevant point in the application form).
Making multiple applications within a short period may affect your credit score.
Privacy
Your personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
By participating in this promotion, you agree that:
- we may use your information to administer the promotion;
- we may share relevant details with third parties (including Prezzee) to deliver the reward; and
- you may receive marketing communications from us, which you can opt out of at any time.
Tax
Any tax implications that arise from receiving the gift card are your responsibility. Tiimely does not provide tax advice and is not responsible for any tax outcomes.
Changes to the promotion
We may update these Terms and Conditions or withdraw the promotion at any time in our discretion.
If necessary, we may substitute the reward with another of similar value.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of South Australia, Australia
