• The referrer must be an existing customer with at least one open Tiimely Own home loan at the time that the referred customer applied for their Tiimely Own home loan.
• The referred applicant must be a new customer who settles a Tiimely Own home loan that they applied for via the Tiimely Home website, or an existing customer applying for an additional Tiimely Own home loan via the Tiimely Home website. Existing customers can refer themselves for an additional loan.
• A valid referral requires settlement of the referred customer’s Tiimely Own home loan within 6 months from their application being submitted.
• To claim the e-gift cards, the referred applicant must provide the referrer’s unique code to Tiimely Home using the form provided by Tiimely Home following settlement of their Tiimely Own home loan.
• Each loan application is eligible for a single e-gift card. Joint applicants will receive only one e-gift card per loan application.
• The $300 reward will be provided as an e-gift card, delivered digitally to the referrer and the referee via email within four weeks of settlement.
• The e-gift card will be sent to the email address provided by the main loan applicant. Any undelivered gift cards due to incorrect information provided by an applicant will not be compensated or re-issued.
• The e-gift card is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other credit.
• There is no limit to the number of unique customers that an existing customer can refer during the program, provided that they do not share or promote their unique referral code publicly or online.Tiimely Home has the right to exclude anyone from this program, or not honour any referrals, in its absolute discretion without any obligation to provide notice or a reason, including where we consider that the program has been used in a fraudulent way or otherwise in a manner inconsistent with its intention.
• Sharing a referral code constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
• Tiimely Home reserves the right to change or cancel the program or these conditions at any time without prior notice. If the program is cancelled, Tiimely Home will honour all valid referrals made in applications submitted as at the cancellation date, provided that the Tiimely Own home loan is approved and settled.
