Does it cost extra to use a Tiimely Home broker?

We don’t charge any fees to use our brokers, nor do our expert brokers work on commission. Tiimely Home may receive fees, commissions or financial rewards from lenders we are accredited with, but these fees are not payable by you.

Note: Third-party and government fees, like title fees and stamp duty are unavoidable, and some lenders may charge fees (for example, application fees) but we’ll let you know if this applies to any loan options we find for you.

^Comparison rates are based on a loan amount of $150,000 over a 25-year term. They factor in fees associated with applying for the loan, ongoing fees and fees associated with leaving the loan. Tiimely Own fixed loans roll to a variable principal and interest rate at the end of the specified fixed term. If the interest only period is not specified, the comparison rate is calculated on a 5-year period.
