We don’t charge any fees to use our brokers, nor do our expert brokers work on commission. Tiimely Home may receive fees, commissions or financial rewards from lenders we are accredited with, but these fees are not payable by you.

Do I need to re-enter my details to apply through a Tiimely Home broker?

No. If you have already applied through Tiimely Own, once we have your consent, we’ll apply the same information you’ve already provided to progress your application with our broker team.

Our brokers have access to a panel of 30+ lenders, offering 1000s of home loan products​ which may allow you to unlock additional loan features that better suit your situation​, including guarantor loans, land and construction, and split loan facilities.

Plus, you’ll have access to the same superior customer service we’re known for and together with our experienced Home Loan Specialists and Broker teams, who all work together in our Adelaide-based HQ.

Once you’ve chosen the option that feels right, we’ll take care of the application and work directly with the lender to help get you a great outcome.
